Cynthia Logan

Cynthia Logan has over 20 years extensive experience both training and consulting in the areas of equal opportunity, human resources and industrial relations within the public and private sector.

Prior to establishing LCG Cynthia worked for five years with LifeWorks where she managed a team of Consultants as well as delivering hands on services. She also spent time acting as the CEO.  Previously Cynthia spent eleven years as Manager of Training and Events and Principal Consultant with the Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI). Prior to this she spent ten years working for the Federal and State Governments in the labour market arena at policy, operational and management levels. An experienced counsellor, Cynthia has also operated in the drug and alcohol field and even established and ran her own successful casting agency.

Cynthia has a Graduate Diploma in Equal Opportunity Administration and a Diploma in Investigations (Government). She trained in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution through Melbourne University and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Cynthia is also accredited in MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and the Genos Emotional Intelligence profile and is a certified Level IV Workplace Assessor and Trainer.

Working with small, medium and large organisations across a range of industries and sectors Cynthia provides expert strategic advice, management guidance and practical solutions for organisations to manage workplace behavioural, performance and cultural issues.
