Cynthia Logan brings over 30 years of experience in training and consulting across equal opportunity, human resources, and industrial relations in both the public and private sectors.

Before founding LCG, Cynthia spent five years with LifeWorks, where she led a team of consultants while continuing to deliver hands-on services to clients.

Earlier in her career, Cynthia was a Principal Consultant at the Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) for eleven years. Prior to this, she worked for a decade across Federal and State Government, contributing at policy, operational, and management levels within the labour market sector.

• Graduate Diploma in Equal Opportunity Administration
• Diploma in Investigations (Government)
• National Accreditation in Mediation (VADR)
• Accreditation in MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
